Onyx IES is working on behalf of IQ Integrity to bring its industry leading ONE Asset Integrity Management Software to Malaysia.
ONE is a common solution for integrity engineers enabling complete visibility and audit history from anomaly discovery to closeout. ONE is applicable for Topside, Subsea & Pipelines and Onshore locations; for pressure containment, structural, mechanical and all other equipment types.
IQ Integrity’s ONE Asset Integrity and Anomaly Management software adds workflow, process control and tasking actions to anomaly repair register principles. In use in the North Sea since 2010, ONE provides a fresh and easy to use perspective on the tracking and management of defects.
The Benefits of ONE asset integrity and anomaly management software:
Component Asset Register
ONE’s Component Asset Register is at the core of our integrity management functions, allowing any integrity management requirement to be linked back to a single item or item group, organised in a simple, logical and extensible database architecture: whether your assets are offshore, onshore or subsea.
Reports – Live & Monthly Trends KPi’s
ONE has a vast array of standard and enhanced visual reports, dynamically illustrating the anomaly life cycle and critical component information for asset integrity management functions.
Management of Anomalies & Components
Comprehensive search filters allow user search criteria to focus on particular anomaly elements and zones. Search for components by name, equipment type, anomalies & tasks, with summary one-click report queries for common search criteria.
Centrica Storage enabled ONE on their Rough Field consisting of two multi jacket platforms and three subsea pipelines, together with the onshore Easington gas terminal, in 2011.
Premier Oil has used ONE on their Balmoral semi-submersible production platform in the North Sea since 2011 to provide a complete overview of issues and progress.
BG Group enabled ONE on their Lomond and Everest platforms, at the end of 2015 and Q1 of 2016. Matrix based auto-calculations determine Priority and Task times for Anomaly resolutions, ensuring a more accurate and time-saving process for grading and processing Integrity Management issues.
ONE Asset Integrity Management software is used by Oil & Gas operators to replace legacy spread sheet repair registers for defects and anomalies with a single streamlined application enabling major benefits for all types of topside, subsea and onshore installations.
IQ Integrity’s ONE software is a customisable integrity management toolkit which can be implemented to suit any workflow or process requirement. Currently in use in the UK by Apache North Sea, Centrica Storage, Premier Oil and TAQA Bratani.
ONE currently provides complete anomaly management for 10% of the UK North Sea, including offshore platforms, onshore terminals and subsea infrastructure.
“ONE has changed the way we look at and manage our anomaly’s. The centralised system has many more advantages for our integrity process than was possible with our heritage systems. ONE’s transparency and action tracking is absolutely total, the quality of information has increased significantly. It has cut about 40% off the administration time and we have an audit trail that makes compliance easier.”

TAQA Bratani Ltd have used ONE to manage all MCDR’s on their Cormorant Alpha, Tern Alpha, Eider Alpha and North Cormorant platforms in the UK North Sea since 2010. TAQA implemented ONE on their new Harding platform in August 2013.
Apache North Sea
Apache North Sea implemented a ONE solution for all of the Forties Field platforms in 2011. In June 2012 Apache NS enabled Beryl Alpha, Beryl Bravo and the SAGE gas plant within their ONE anomaly management system.
In August 2013, Apache North Sea enabled our ONE Subsea & Pipelines module for the entire Forties field subsea infrastructure; with the Beryl subsea field area and SAGE pipeline following in November 2013.
