Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to HRH software users
  • Ensure user workflows are optimised to take full advantage of Gravitas features

 

  • To provide HRH software training courses in-house, online, and overseas
  • Contribute to the training collateral
  • Liaise with Client to gather necessary information to ensure software scripts/templates meet their requirements and required quality criteria
  • When required, support the delivery of final well composite logs using geological and drilling data supplied by HRH Field Staff and Client to Client satisfaction
  • Define and create software templates with support where required
  • Provide quality control through the departmental peer review process
  • Support all services delivered by the department
  • Assist with the testing of new versions of HRH software to assist the Software Development Department

 

  • Use the help desk system to log and manage client support
  • Use the internal project management system to record progress, manage workload, and record effort
  • Follow HRH Health & Safety Procedures at all times
  • Follow HR Policies & Procedures at all times
Requirements
  • 5+ years of subsurface software support experience
  • Possess a good understanding and knowledge of HRH software
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Educated to degree level ideally in an Earth Science
  • Must be IT proficient
